AACS Board of Directors, Executive Board, Committee Chairs, and Budget & Finance Committee Members: the Maintenance Reserve Fund 2021 Campaign Report for October 2019 is attached.
The Maintenance Reserve Fund current balance is inadequate to handle the present cost of major repairs, as well as costs for significant anticipated repairs over the next several years. The Fund 2021 Campaign is designed to raise $125,000 by June 2021 to correct the inadequate balance. Everyone is being asked to donate during the Campaign in anticipation of AACS’ 30th Anniversary in 2021.
Activity Review: At September’s General Membership Meeting, the Board of Directors announced the start of the Maintenance Reserve Fund 2021 Campaign and donation pledge forms were distributed.
In mid-October, each member was mailed a pledge form along with a letter expressing thanks for membership renewal and describing the campaign. Preparations are being made to inform current and former members of their personal balance of AACS Credits to encourage greater campaign participation.
