Smithsonian Food Exhibition - "From Seed to Soul"
Soft Opening - June 26, 2026, 6 PM. Visitors are welcome to view the collection from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mon - Thu except holidays or can schedule an appointment for a guided tour by calling the center at AACS at 386-447-7030.
The Smithsonian Food Exhibition Grand Opening will be hosted at the AACS Cultural Center and museum date TBA.
