The African American Cultural Society, the perfect place for your special event or meeting. Weekday rates start as low as $25.00 per hour (all hourly rentals require 3 hour minimum)

The AACS facility features:

Commercial kitchen including 6 burner stove, oven, flat top griddle, warmer, and fryer.

The elevated stage with projector, large screen, speakers and microphones.

The main room has adjustable lighting and 3,300 sq. ft. of space for auditorium seating of 250 persons. The main room fits up to twenty round tables, each seating eight and may be attractively dressed for special occasions.

The conference room rentals are perfect for small groups.

    The Cultural Center was built in 2001 with a sixteen-year mortgage that the AACS membership and friends paid off five years early with special donations. The hardwood-floored main room has adjustable lighting and 3,300 sq. ft. of space for auditorium seating of 250 persons. The industrial kitchen may be rented for caterer preparations. Up to twenty-five round tables, each seating eight and maybe attractively dressed for special occasions. AACS members receive an hourly rate discount for personal rentals.
